IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR E-NOTICE SUBSCRIBERS
All current e-notice subscribers will be required to re-register onto the new E3 billing notification portal in order to
continue to receive real property tax bills electronically.
If you are a current e-notice subscriber, you will receive an email notification on June 20 from
coh-rpt-noreply@hawaiicounty.gov providing additional information regarding this change.
The deadline to re-register is July 6, 2022. Current e-notice subscribers who do not re-register during the enrollment
period will receive a hard copy bill.
If you are no longer the owner of the property, no action is needed on your part, and as long as you do not re-
register, you will no longer receive the e-notification.
If you are not already subscribed to E-Notice, you will have an opportunity to register for future bills via the E3 portal
upon receipt of your hardcopy bill on July 20, 2022.
